About Me
I have been practicing since 2016, working with clients of all ages. I have a variety of experiences, including working with people who struggle with addiction and their loved ones, but I mainly focus on grief and trauma. I prefer to work with teens and adult clients.

Supporting clients as they create the lives they want, grow, and heal brings me the most joy. I strongly believe that clients have the answers to their own healing. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Registered Art Therapist (ATR), and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP).
I graduated with my B.A. in Fine Art with a minor in Psychology from Ouachita Baptist University. Then I went on to complete my M.A. in Art Therapy and Counseling from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, NM. Later I received my certificate in Somatic Experiencing certificate from Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing Institute. As an Art Therapist, I mostly use experiential visual methods in sessions, as well as helping clients become more embodied with my Somatic background. I also use these theories and methods in my practice: Attachment Theory, Client Centered Theory, and Gestalt Theory. Authenticity is one of my core values, being true to myself with clients is important.
When I am not working, I enjoy being outside hiking, kayaking, or exploring new places, and trying to keep my plants alive. Creating my own art for self care is a non negotiable for my own sanity.
